1. What the Service Is — and What It Is Not

ViralGroup.link is an index of publicly shared WhatsApp group invite links submitted by third parties. We operate a directory and nothing more.

Specifically, we do not:

  • Own, operate, host, administer or moderate any listed group.
  • Have access to the messages, media or membership of any group.
  • Screen, endorse, verify or vouch for any group, its administrators or its members.
  • Act as an agent, partner or representative of any group administrator.
  • Have any affiliation with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

A listing appearing on this website is not a recommendation.

Publication of a listing after review only means that it was not obviously in breach of these Terms at the moment it was reviewed. It is not an ongoing guarantee about a group’s conduct, safety or content.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least the minimum age required to use WhatsApp in your country — whichever is higher.

In some jurisdictions, including the European Union and United Kingdom, the applicable minimum age may be higher.

If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not submit, and must not use the Service to promote, any group that involves or facilitates:

  • Sexual content — pornography, explicit sexual material, escort or prostitution services, or sexually explicit content.
  • Child safety violations — any material that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors. Such material may be reported to relevant authorities.
  • Violence and extremism — terrorism, violent extremism, incitement to violence or glorification of violent acts.
  • Hate or harassment — attacks or harassment based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or serious illness.
  • Fraud — scams, phishing, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, “money doubling”, fake investment or trading signals, or deceptive financial offers.
  • Illegal goods and services — illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, forged documents, stolen data, hacked accounts or similar illegal services.
  • Intellectual property infringement — piracy, cracked software, unauthorized streams or leaked paid content.
  • Privacy violations — doxxing or sharing another person’s private information without consent.
  • Platform abuse — spam, bulk or duplicate submissions, automated bots, engagement manipulation or automated scraping of the website.
  • Any other content or activity that is unlawful under applicable law.

We may use automated filters to identify potentially prohibited terms or submissions. These filters are not perfect and do not replace your responsibility to comply with these Terms.

5. Your Responsibility When Joining a Group

Read this before joining any WhatsApp group.

When you join a WhatsApp group, your phone number and, depending on your WhatsApp privacy settings, other profile information may become visible to other members, including people you do not know.

You join listed WhatsApp groups entirely at your own risk.

You should never:

  • Send money, cryptocurrency or gift cards to someone you met through a group.
  • Share a one-time password or verification code.
  • Share banking credentials or payment information.
  • Share government identification documents with strangers.
  • Install unknown software or open suspicious files sent by unknown members.
  • Treat investment, medical, legal, immigration or other professional advice from an unknown group member as reliable professional advice.

If a group makes you uncomfortable or appears unsafe, leave the group and report it to the appropriate platform or authorities.

ViralGroup.link cannot intervene inside a WhatsApp group, remove members or recover information you have voluntarily shared.

6. Moderation, Removal and Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

  • Refuse a submission.
  • Edit or modify a listing.
  • Unlist a group.
  • Permanently remove a listing.
  • Block an IP address or user.
  • Retain records of removed submissions where necessary for legal, security or safety purposes.

We are not required to monitor every listing or submission, but we reserve the right to review content when necessary.

Where legally required, we may cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Reporting and Takedown

Every group listing may provide a Report option.

When submitting a report, please include:

  • The group listing URL.
  • The reason for your report.
  • Any relevant information that can help us review the issue.

Group Administrators

Group administrators may request removal of their own listing at any time.

We may process valid removal requests after verifying that the requester has appropriate authority over the listing.

Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe that a listing infringes your intellectual property rights, please provide:

  • Identification of the protected work.
  • The URL of the allegedly infringing listing.
  • Your contact information.
  • A description of the alleged infringement.
  • A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.

We may remove verified infringing listings and take additional action against repeat violations.

We aim to review urgent safety reports as quickly as reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee a specific response time.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, code, text, graphics and branding of ViralGroup.link are owned by us or our licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, republish or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

User-Submitted Content

Content you submit remains yours.

WhatsApp group administrators can reset or change invitation links at any time, which may cause a previously published link to stop working.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
